Ziv Sarig
Ziv is the Founder & Managing Partner of Bruziv Landscaping. Ziv is also the Founder & Managing Partner of Bruziv Partners, a leading Property Management, Investments and Operations firm, that specializes in acquiring, renovating and managing a portfolio of undervalued multifamily properties. Before establishing these companies, Ziv served as Chief Operating Officer at Resilience Capital Partners, a Cleveland-based private equity firm specializing in investing in lower middle market companies. Ziv was the Chief Financial Officer of TOA Technologies, an international leader in mobile workforce management software. Prior to TOA, Ziv was the Chief Financial Officer of the Parkwood Corporation; a Cleveland based family office with a multi-billion-dollar portfolio consisting of real estate, private equity, hedge funds, and other alternative investment vehicles. Mr. Sarig also served as an officer in an infantry combat unit in the Israeli Defense Forces, commanding and training over 60 combat soldiers. Ziv is a CPA and received his MBA and bachelor’s degree from the College of Management in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Jon Polster
Jon is the Founder & Partner of Bruziv Landscaping. Jon is also a Partner of Bruziv Partners, a leading Property Management, Investments and Operations firm, that specializes in acquiring, renovating and managing a portfolio of undervalued multifamily properties. Jon has a diverse and extensive 30-year background in the Commercial Real Estate industry in Greater Cleveland, and across the United States. Jonathan is a licensed real estate salesman who has worked for several of the top retail brokerage firms in Cleveland, including Reisenfeld and Company, and Doppelt and Company. In these brokerage capacities, Jonathan represented many landlords and tenants locally and nationally. He was also a Real Estate Director for Dots, Inc., a Cleveland based women's apparel chain. In this capacity, Jonathan was responsible for scouting new store locations for Dots throughout the United States, applying market research and analysis to determine the best locations for these stores. Jonathan also has represented a developer of multi-family properties in their desire to find suitable land for their developments. He has also been an active investor in real estate, including ownership of single-family homes and strip centers. Jonathan received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, and his MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He also recently received a Certificate of Nonprofit Management degree from The Mandel Center for Nonprofit Organizations at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
Tommy Milde
Tommy Milde is a veteran, accomplished Landscaping & Snow Removal Manager with over twenty-four (24) years of experience. Tommy was previously an account manager with H&M. Tommy is a certified Landscape Technician with the Ohio National Association of Landscape Professionals. Honesty, integrity, and attention to details are just a few words to describe this outstanding manager. Tommy is an expert in landscaping, snow management and property enhancements. He enjoys working outdoor. Tommy leads & guides his teams with safety, quality, and production efficiency as top priorities. The passion and dedication to his teams and customers are unprecedented and a reason why he is known as a top notch, successful manager. In his free time, Tommy works towards improving his skill set and enjoys spending time with his family.
Dana Kelly
Dana has decades of experience managing properties and projects, including construction and grounds projects, in the Greater Cleveland and Akron areas. Dana holds an associate degree in Business Management from the University of Akron. Dana joined the BruZiv group of companies in December 2014. In her free time, Dana enjoys spending time with her two daughters and son-in-law.
Dean Cook
Dean has been in the landscape industry for 26 years. Getting his start in maintenance, he then transitioned to construction. He has progressed from laborer, to foreman, to supervisor, and now construction manager. Dean is a certified hardscape installer with the OLA (Ohio Landscape Association). Dean is very customer friendly and gives every customer, big or small, the same honesty and attention to provide the best quality installation. He is an expert in hardscape installation of all kinds (patios, retaining/seating walls, outdoor kitchens, water features, and more). Dean leads his team with hard work, passion, and excellent attention to detail and safety practices. In his free time, Dean enjoys the outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends.
