Ziv Sarig
Ziv is the Founder & Managing Partner of Bruziv Landscaping. Ziv is also the Founder & Managing Partner of Bruziv Partners, a leading Property Management, Investments and Operations firm, that specializes in acquiring, renovating and managing a portfolio of undervalued multifamily properties. Before establishing these companies, Ziv served as Chief Operating Officer at Resilience Capital Partners, a Cleveland-based private equity firm specializing in investing in lower middle market companies. Ziv was the Chief Financial Officer of TOA Technologies, an international leader in mobile workforce management software. Prior to TOA, Ziv was the Chief Financial Officer of the Parkwood Corporation; a Cleveland based family office with a multi-billion-dollar portfolio consisting of real estate, private equity, hedge funds, and other alternative investment vehicles. Mr. Sarig also served as an officer in an infantry combat unit in the Israeli Defense Forces, commanding and training over 60 combat soldiers. Ziv is a CPA and received his MBA and bachelor’s degree from the College of Management in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Jon Polster
Jon is the Founder & Partner of Bruziv Landscaping. Jon is also a Partner of Bruziv Partners, a leading Property Management, Investments and Operations firm, that specializes in acquiring, renovating and managing a portfolio of undervalued multifamily properties. Jon has a diverse and extensive 30-year background in the Commercial Real Estate industry in Greater Cleveland, and across the United States. Jonathan is a licensed real estate salesman who has worked for several of the top retail brokerage firms in Cleveland, including Reisenfeld and Company, and Doppelt and Company. In these brokerage capacities, Jonathan represented many landlords and tenants locally and nationally. He was also a Real Estate Director for Dots, Inc., a Cleveland based women's apparel chain. In this capacity, Jonathan was responsible for scouting new store locations for Dots throughout the United States, applying market research and analysis to determine the best locations for these stores. Jonathan also has represented a developer of multi-family properties in their desire to find suitable land for their developments. He has also been an active investor in real estate, including ownership of single-family homes and strip centers. Jonathan received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, and his MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He also recently received a Certificate of Nonprofit Management degree from The Mandel Center for Nonprofit Organizations at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
Amy Redeker
Amy is a seasoned office professional with a wealth of experience in accounting and office administration spanning over 20 years. She has successfully contributed to various industries by maintaining accurate records, optimizing procedures, and developing policies. Amy thrives behind the scenes, ensuring seamless operations within the company. Committed to delivering top-notch customer service to both clients and colleagues, she approaches her work with dedication and diligence. Outside of work, Amy unwinds by hiking and traveling with her husband, cherishing moments with her children and two grandchildren, Nikolaj & Josephine. Her interests include painting, photography, cooking, reading, and advocating for animal welfare.
Eddie Murillo
Eddie Murillo is a veteran, accomplished with twenty-six (26) years of experience in the Lawn Maintenance, Snow & Ice Removal, Landscape and Hardscape industry. Prior to joining Bruziv Landscaping, Eddie was an Account Manager with H&M Landscaping for over ten (10) years. Before then, Eddie was an Account Manager with Yardmaster for a period of twelve (12) years, overseeing Lawn Maintenance, Snow and Ice Removal and Landscaping Enhancement activities. Eddie holds three (3) Landscaping Technician certifications out of five (5) from the National Association of Landscape Professionals. Eddie strives to constantly improving and leading his teammates by example. Eddie takes pride in providing consistent high-quality, accountable, and reliable services to his customers. In his free time Eddie enjoys spending time with his wife and four children..
